Payment

All artworks are original wall pieces and are shipped within India only. A 50 percent advance is required to confirm a commission, with the remaining 50 percent payable after completion and before dispatch. Payments are accepted via UPI and debit or credit cards. Work begins only after the advance is received.

 

Packaging

Each artwork is carefully wrapped in soft tissue, protected with bubble or honeycomb paper, supported by rigid cardboard, and shipped in a snug corrugated box. Larger pieces use double wall corrugated boxes. A hand-signed thank you card is included with every package.

 

Shipping

TSUQI works with trusted courier partners, and tracking details are shared once the artwork is dispatched. Delivery typically takes 3–6 working days for metro cities and 5–9 working days for other regions.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are included in the final quoted price for each commission.

 

Damage and Returns

Each piece is documented and securely packed before shipping. As all artworks are original and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. In the rare case of transit damage, buyers must notify TSUQI within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork. Appropriate resolution will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
