•All commissioned artworks are created by the artist specifically for each client. Reference material or existing visual sources may be used for inspiration or guidance. Finished artworks are not exact copies of existing works and are interpreted through the artist’s own style and expression.

• Commission requests are accepted selectively based on availability

• A deposit is required to confirm a commission and begin work

• Deposits are non refundable once the process has started

• Timelines are approximate and may vary depending on the artwork

• Creative freedom is maintained throughout the process

• Completed commissions are not eligible for returns or exchanges

• Copyright remains with TSUQI unless agreed otherwise in writing

• Finished artworks may be photographed for portfolio or promotional use
